Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta and is free of charge.

International delivery is carried out by carriers such as Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest Express. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

International delivery is paid by the customer. Costs by region (approximate amounts in your currency may vary with exchange rates):

  • Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia: 900 UAH (≈ $20 / €18)
  • Austria, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom: 1,350 UAH (≈ $30 / €27)
  • All other countries available at checkout: 2,300 UAH (≈ $51 / €45). For the full list of countries please refer to Delivery policy page.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, so you may need to pay customs duties according to the laws of the destination country.

Please note that we do not deliver to Belarus or the Russian Federation, for obvious reasons.

RETURNS

You can return an item or exchange it for another within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is in its original condition: no stains, damage, odors, signs of wear or other use (including photoshoots). The item must have all its original tags and be returned together with a completed return request form.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.
