Return and exchange period

You can return an item or exchange it for another within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is in its original condition:

no stains, damage, odors, signs of wear or other use (including photoshoots);
all original tags are intact and attached;
the item's appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

The item must be returned together with a completed return request form.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item

Make sure no more than 14 days have passed since you received your order and that the item meets the conditions above.
Fill in the return request form.
Send the item together with the completed form via Nova Poshta to:

If you are returning an item from abroad, please contact us at hello@cix.ua before sending it, and we will help you choose the best way to ship it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please indicate this in the return request form. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our manager will inspect the item. If it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within three business days to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take some additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@cix.ua as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
