Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta and is fully paid for by the seller.
International delivery is paid by the customer. The cost is $40 (or the equivalent amount in hryvnias at the NBU exchange rate on the payment date). Please note that all orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duties unpaid) basis, and you may need to pay customs duties according to the laws of the destination country.
International delivery is carried out by companies that provide international services, such as Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, and Meest Express. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your package.
RETURNS
You can return or exchange the item for another within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges are possible if the item retains its marketable condition: no stains, damages, foreign odors, signs of wear, or other usage (such as for photoshoots). It is important to preserve the consumer properties, tags, and return the item along with a completed return request form.
In case of an exchange or return, you pay for the shipping according to the carrier's terms.
When you return an item, the seller will refund your money within 3 banking days after receiving the item. The time it takes for the money to be credited to your card depends on the bank.
